To access the Services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds held therein, except for verified Real Money Balance deposits.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must notify gardatoto immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. Gardatoto cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where reasonable security measures have been provided to the User.
Gardatoto operates under internationally recognised Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards. We may require you to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time we deem appropriate. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (MyKad for Malaysian residents), proof of address dated within three months, and proof of payment method ownership.
Gardatoto accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20. All Account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees are applied to MYR transactions.
Deposits made via e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited to your Account within seconds. Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow are generally credited within 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are credited following sufficient blockchain confirmations, typically within 15–30 minutes. Gardatoto is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed in under 5 minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfers via DuitNow or FPX are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes. Processing times may be extended where enhanced KYC verification is required.
Gardatoto reserves the right to request full KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit, subject to exceptions approved by the gardatoto compliance team. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended where suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or terms violations are under investigation.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed at the point of transaction within your Account. Gardatoto reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by gardatoto are subject to specific Bonus Terms, which form part of these Terms. Where any conflict exists between these Terms and specific Bonus Terms, the Bonus Terms shall prevail in relation to that specific promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before the Bonus Balance or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a wagering requirement of 15x on a MYR 100 bonus means that MYR 1,500 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal is permitted. Individual game contribution rates apply — slot games typically contribute 100% of bet value, while table games such as Baccarat and Roulette may contribute 10–20%.
Bonuses that are not used within their stated validity period will expire and be forfeited. Typical validity windows are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit, as specified in each promotion's Bonus Terms. The expiry date of any active bonus is displayed within your Account dashboard.
While a Bonus Balance is active, the maximum permitted bet per spin or per round is MYR 30 (or such other amount as may be specified in the relevant Bonus Terms). Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and associated winnings.
Gardatoto reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotion where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using arbitrage strategies, coordinating with other accounts, or employing any other method intended to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion.
All bets placed on the gardatoto Platform are subject to gardatoto's prevailing betting rules and, where applicable, the rules of the relevant sport or game. Gardatoto reserves the right to decline or limit any bet, at its absolute discretion and without obligation to provide reasons.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts for each betting market or game are displayed at the point of placing a bet. These limits may vary by sport, event, market type, and account history. Gardatoto reserves the right to apply individual account betting limits.
In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or manifest pricing error, gardatoto reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the corresponding stakes. Winnings resulting from clearly erroneous odds or malfunctioning games are not payable and will be reclaimed where paid in error.
In-play betting markets on events including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other live competitions are subject to suspension and settlement delays. Gardatoto endeavours to maintain accurate real-time odds but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of in-play markets during live events.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gardatoto Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed and forfeit all associated balances:
All content on the gardatoto Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of gardatoto or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our Platform without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gardatoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services.
Gardatoto's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gardatoto does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to certain features of the Platform may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, technical upgrades, or other operational reasons.
ℹ️ Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: By using the gardatoto Platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that losses are possible. Gardatoto is not responsible for any gambling losses incurred by Users in the normal course of using the Services.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting gardatoto customer support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any outstanding Wagering Requirements on active bonuses must be addressed, and any Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method subject to applicable KYC requirements.
Gardatoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, provision of false information, inability to verify identity, or where continued operation of the Account presents a regulatory or compliance risk.
Upon termination of your Account, any Bonus Balance and associated winnings subject to uncompleted Wagering Requirements will be forfeited. Verified Real Money Balance will be returned to you following completion of applicable KYC checks. Gardatoto is not obligated to pay winnings derived from games or bets that were in progress at the time of account closure.

All disputes relating to bets, bonus settlements, and game outcomes will be resolved by reference to gardatoto's server logs and game records, which shall constitute the definitive record of all transactions.
Gardatoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, where reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with clause 11.1 above.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gardatoto holds its operating licence.
The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process set out in clause 12 above.
